| 1:00.5 | And two, it is going to become law. |
| 1:04.0 | So, it's a bill. It is currently in the Senate. |
| 1:08.0 | It is guaranteed to pass. |
| 1:10.0 | There was a vote there a few days ago to overcome a filibuster and it made it over that hurdle |
| 1:16.6 | with 62 votes, needed 60 votes to get over, had 62, and the 62 votes were comprised of all 50 Senate Democrats plus 12 a dozen Republicans. |
