In Isaiah 55, the Lord speaks of this glorious everlasting salvation

and the glories of his greatness, his power, as the heavens are higher than the

earth who are my ways higher than yours and my thoughts than your thoughts.

The blessing and the power of the word of God

as the rain cometh down and the snow from heaven

returns not thither.

What the earth that makes it bring forth and bud that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater.

So is my word, the Lord declares that goes out of my mount.

It shall not return unto me void,
