But we wanted to zag a little bit and bring on a past guest whose coverage I really enjoy is a senior sports media columnist at the Athletic and also has a twice weekly podcast at Andrew Marshand.com.

I'm doing well. Thanks for having me.

Yeah, absolutely.

So this is a great time, I think, we have the first year of Amazon and NBC.

We want to talk about that.

I want to talk about how the NBA's local TV deals have been impacted and what they're going to do about that as well.

The ratings are on Victor Wenbanyama.

That's a really interesting topic.

But let's just start with your impressions of the first year of Amazon and NBC as the new national TV partners for the NBA?

I think it's been a success.

I mean, there's a lot of ways to look at it.

You know, there's a fan point of view.

There's a business point of view.

But overall, I'd say it's gone well.

I mean, first off, getting on broadcast TV as much as they have with NBC is really good for Adam Silver

and company. We've seen the ratings. There's just a boost in being on broadcast. This might

be my age speaking, but I do feel like when it's on broadcast, it feels a little bigger to me

when it's on, you know, the Tuesday night regular season games,

those feel a little bit bigger. Amazon Prime is the, it's not really the future anymore.
