I mean, that dude is saying stuff in public.

And even hinted at one point that, yeah, maybe Putin's going to go, things don't turn around.

Before he retracted it and said, no, no, no, I was talking about the generals.

But he used a nickname often used for Putin in Russia.

That guy who runs that, he has own private army out there, he might be signaling to others,

who he knows are probably wobbly on Putin.
