I'm going to adjust our camera here as I start the show. We're a real professional operation here because I have the camera set up wrong. You don't know the half of the operation behind the scenes. Rattie refrigerator. But yeah, yeah, actually, I've had to, we unplug the refrigerator for every show because we learned on night one that makes a lot of noises here. Do we close the bathroom door? That's real loud. The toilet here runs in my hotel room at random times. That wakes me up in the middle of the night. By the way, speaking to my hotel room that we do this recording from, I don't know how you guys feel about this, but I don't, would not prefer that somebody in a

hotel room I'm staying at has their shoes on and walks all the way through.

But Jordan never takes his shoes off.

The whole time he's here, he'll go use the restroom, he'll hang out, whatever.

I am not putting my feet on carpet, like in a hotel room.

I am just, I've got standards and that that is not, that is gross. So then I have to then walk with my bare feet on the stuff that you've traipsed in here. You walk with your bare feet on carpet in a hotel. In the middle of the night and stuff to go to the bathroom? Oh my goodness. All right. Well, we have an interesting episode for you today. I have double notebooks and it doesn't

mean that it's going to be long. It just means that there's a divide in the case because we get to the end

of the plaintiff's case today and then we start the defense. So where we last left off with you, Jim France, NASCAR CEO,

was still in the sand. However, before that, there's a little more legal wrangling to discuss

because remember that Richard Childress yesterday was obviously very upset about how this information that Bobby

Hillen Jr. was going to maybe buy part of the team. It fell through. And he said that was in an

NDA. How did you get this information, right? I'll be honest. I don't know a ton about court

stuff. So I don't know whether this

was kosher or not, but it seems like it's an issue because they're still talking about it. And

Judge Bell warns them to work out something between the sides, get the information of how they

got this, I guess, to the plaintiffs before the court inserts itself with an order of its own. We also find out that the defense says

great news. They've narrowed their witness list and they plan to be done with their case by

Friday. So only two more days than they will wrap up their case. And they said they're still
