Today I'm going to focus on something that has been kind of a, it's interesting how

topic ideas kind of come to us collectively in these chunks.

And it's, can you do an episode on this and episode in this?

There's these common themes.

And this episode I'm going to focus on, I've done several already on narcissistic

personality disorder.

But this one is, I'm going to do this in a more structured.

Like I'm not say like lecture type format, but people have asked for specific skills for how do you identify a narcissist?

What's the pattern? What are some safeguards? And what are

ways to disengage? So I again, from a variety of people reaching out at different platforms. And again,

if you reach out on Buzz Sprout, I appreciate a lot of you guys who

have, but there's no way that I can reply unless you leave any kind of information.

But this one, I want to do this more systematically with, because people, I mean, this is not

an uncommon thing for people to be involved in a relationship with somebody who either has narcissistic

personality disorder, narcissistic traits, or tendencies. And narcissism is not about,

it's not about arrogance. It's not about confidence. And it's not about somebody who just, you know, you would metaphorically say, you know, just they love themselves too much. And narcissism is really a psychological system in many ways. And it's a system that reorganizes reality itself. And I'll, you know,
