Namaste everybody. So today we're going to be talking about the narcissist and your spiritual

awakening. So I've wanted to discuss this idea of dating a narcissist or loving a narcissist

and a spiritual awakening for a long time. And I think it's an important topic because there's so

much that we can learn from dating a narcissist or ending a relationship with a narcissist

and understanding how it relates to what many of us will refer to as a spiritual awakening.

And so a spiritual awakening means a lot of things, a lot of different things

to a lot of different people. And in my opinion, a spiritual awakening is an event or an experience,

or maybe even a series of events or experiences throughout someone's lifetime that allows them to

confront their ego, that allows them to confront their ego, that allows them to

confront illusions, that allows them to merge more deeply with one's self or one's true self,

which means that there must be a dissolution of ego. I think it's important that we all recognize

this idea that ego doesn't see things clearly.

Ego sees things through the eyes of our wounds, the eyes of our trauma.

Ego is not the awakened parts of ourselves.
