demands and a desperate continued search by local and federal investigators. Earlier this week,

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nannos officially cleared the Guthrie family as suspects, yet the case remains cold.

From wiped nest cameras to a pacemaker signal that went dark at 2.28 a.m., every clue appears to lead to more questions.

And as the reward climbs to $100,000,

investigators deploy high-tech signal sniffers

from helicopters to track the pacemaker's frequency

and genetic genealogy, a similar strategy used to catch the Idaho killer,

Brian Coburger.

While the search for Nancy continues, someone is bypassing the family entirely, sending ransom notes directly to TMZ.
