On May 1st of 2007, a woman called the police to report her friend and neighbor Lisa

Michelle Stebick missing.

The 37-year-old mother of two was last seen the prior evening, April 30th, when she left

her home to exercise at a nearby school, an activity that was part of her normal routine.

In the 15 years since, there have been few developments, and Lisa's husband remains the

only person of interest, named by police.

In 2007, Lisa resided in Plainfield, Illinois, which lies southwest of Chicago, with her

children and a strange husband Craig.

She worked in the cafeteria at Lincoln Elementary School, a position that afforded her the opportunity

to spend ample time with her son and daughter, who were 10 and 11 at the time.

After 14 years of marriage, Lisa and Craig were in the midst of a contentious divorce.
