Summary

0:29.4	Bethany Leanne Markowski disappeared on March 4th of 2001 in Jackson, Tennessee.
0:36.9	She was just 11 years old.
0:39.7	As Bethany's father Larry tells it, he took her to the old Hickory Mall in Jackson, where
0:45.5	he says Bethany wanted to go to the accessory store Claire's and the mall's game room.
0:51.0	While Bethany was in the mall, Larry stayed in the parking lot and took a nap in his car
0:56.2	when he awoke a while later.
0:58.4	He went inside to look for his daughter, but Bethany was nowhere to be found.
1:03.7	And mall's security cameras showed that there was no proof that Bethany was ever inside

1:12.4	Bethany Markowski was approximately 4 foot 8 inches tall and weighed about 95 pounds.
1:19.0	She was Caucasian with freckles, dark brown hair and green eyes.
1:23.9	Her hair was shoulder length with bangs at the time of her disappearance.
1:27.9	She was missing her top and bottom baby molars at the time and was known to bite her fingernails

1:48.9	a big smile on her face, but despite her sunny disposition, all was not well in Bethany's

1:59.0	Bethany's mother Johnny alleges that Larry was abusive, both physically and emotionally.
