Summary

In 2013 Heather Elvis had just turned 20 years old and was living life on her own terms. She was smart, beautiful, kind and funny. Her wins and mistakes were hers to make and learn from as she navigated life from a dependent teenager living with her parents to a young independent adult with adult responsibilities. Heather's life became derailed when she got involved with an older man from her work. In the early morning hours of December 18th, 2013, Heather received a phone call from this man....then she suddenly drove out to a remote location near his home...she was never heard from again.
