I'm your host, Mell, and tonight, we're going to be reading the strange case of 2025, and by this message I made me talking right now in this quiet whisper.

I recorded this actually a year ago in October 24.

And so I knew that I had this recording, and I just sat on end.

Tonight, I just decided, you know what what I need to edit this real quick and put it up because it's sitting here it's it's it could be you know on my RSS feed and for anybody who wants to listen to it. So I'm putting this here as a Halloween treat.

It's a kind of spooky, kind of not spooky book, but it's also nostalgic, maybe a throwback.

But if anything, it is boring enough to get you to sleep.

Welcome, everyone, to the special episode of October, a rating episode.

I really want to sit down, talk about where I've been, but that takes some mental preparation.

So the best that I can do is this book that I bought for all of us so long ago. I don't even know if it was this year or if it was

last year, but I had a lot of intentions of recording this one and well, it's now November.

So I hope that you can accept this from me I hope that you enjoy

this was a book that I first read when I was you know middle school high school

and it didn't resonate so much with me then but I think that it will resonate with us this time

if not maybe it will at least put some of you this look so um this is just going to be me reading through.

Maybe I'll give some commentary.

I don't know.

I kind of doubt I'll do that.

I got this book off of Thrift Books.

I highly recommend it.
