Strong Songs was done for the year.

Kirk did his whole year in review thing, he put a nice little bow on all the episodes

that he did in 2022, he had this whole plan where he was going to focus on a bunch of original

creative projects next year after taking a break for the holidays, and now I'm seeing

an episode of Strong Songs in my podcast feed yet it's the middle of December.

What's going on?

So why did I feel compelled to make an episode of the show on my month off?

Well, a couple of months ago I started watching a new TV show, and the first episode of that

TV show began with a simple five-note melody that immediately captured my imagination.

If you watched Star Wars and, or you loved it as much as I did, then right at this moment,

this music is making you feel all kinds of things.

It's funny I'm throwing my memory back to that first moment that I heard it, but it's

kind of hard to put myself in that headspace since I've now watched the entirety of

Andorre two times actually, and whenever I hear those five notes, my heart quickens.

But back then, I just thought, oh, interesting, this doesn't really sound very much like Star
