I have long said that this is my favorite walk in Texas.

And as soon as the show ends today, I am going to make the loop.

I love walking colonial country club.

There are some great walks in Texas, some of the hikes in Big Bend and the trail, Lady Bird Lake in Austin,

a lot of great walks in our state.

But this is my favorite because it combines sports

and beauty and history. And George, you and I go way back here at Colonial. You go back further than I

do because your dad brought you here when you were a kid. Yeah. First golf tournament. It was funny.

I heard Corby talking about this yesterday. He came for the same reason to see Jack Nicholas, and that was the year Jack won in 82.

And I wasn't here to watch him win.

Corby was there that Sunday.

I was there on Saturday, though, and I'll never forget it.

We went ahead of him teeing off on one and waited for him on 2T, and we were five feet away.

Wow.

Watching Jack Nicholas tee off, and I'll never forget the sound of that Persimmon Wood, that McGregor Persimmon hitting that ball, that loud crack,

and just seeing Jack Nicholas just feet away from me.

It was incredible.

That's so great.

Yeah.

Yeah, I've had a lot of experiences like that here as well.

Back at our old job before the ticket was born, we would come out here every year.

I used to live for this weekend.
