Well, at least they did get a win in the preseason on Friday.

Yeah, that was good to see.

We've been tearing them up for their losses,

so we should give them a round of applause for a win.

Preseason game number three, at least this one,

I think most teams deal with it this way as well,

but it's hard to pull much out of it because the teams are not

only not playing any starters at this point, but they're not even playing any of their good

backups. They're plugging most of these holes out there in positions with third and fourth

teamers, a lot of guys that will not be here on Tuesday evening after the

cut down to 53. So I don't really know what we were watching. But once again, Joe Milton was

worth watching because he's this team's backup quarterback apparently. And he had been really

wheels off in the first two games, but he was pretty good in this game.

The thing that pleased me the most was the basic throws, slants and outs, even deep slants

and deep outs, he was putting on the money for the most part.

And so I thought that was a big step forward for him from the previous games.

This is more of what I thought we would see from him, those first two games.

I couldn't believe just how bad he was in those first two games.

I still wonder if a name becomes available to them that they think would put them in a better spot if they sign

that quarterback here in the next couple of days?

Well, I think they should be thinking along those lines because I was looking at the list of

backup quarterbacks in the NFL this morning.
