Summary

In 2012, Navy Seal Sniper Chris Kyle released his best selling book titled, “American Sniper.” After serving 10 years in the Navy, Chris began a new mission to help veterans in need.  On February 2, 2013, Chris Kyle and his friend Chad Littlefield were doing just that, helping a veteran in need, when they were gunned down by the very veteran they were trying to help. The Marine veteran was Eddie Ray Routh. The double murder made headlines. Routh was charged with murder and plead Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity.  Dig in with Margot, as she walks you through this heartbreaking story, and breaks down the evidence that eventually brought justice to the victims and their families.  ⸻ 🎧Did you know you could listen to this episode ad-free?
