Summary

Allison tells us about the murder of Stacie Reed (sometimes misspelled as Stacey Reed or Stacy Reed). On the afternoon of January 29, 1999, 16-year-old Stacie Reed came home from school & found 20-year-old Paul Warner Powell waiting at her home in Manassas City, Virginia where she lived with her parents & her younger sister, 14-year-old Kristie. Stacie arrived home early that day, just before noon; she was taking tests at school & finished early.

    0:32.0

it's to sync the audio with the video.

    0:33.9

So I can see the waves in the audio and the video and I can see like exactly where

    0:38.5

it should start. So that might be a little too deep. But anyways, I go like this. And he just
