and my dear friend Melissa. Hi, Melissa. Hi, Mandy. How are you? I'm doing great. How are you?

I'm doing really well as well. Awesome. Great. Yeah. Yeah. I'm really happy that we're kind of getting into summer. I know a lot of other people, especially people that live in colder places than where we live are probably feeling the same thing. But I am, I don't know, for some reason this year, maybe it's because we've all been cooped up inside. But I'm really happy about it being May and we're kind of marching on towards summertime, which even though it's hot, is really one of my favorite times of year. So yeah, I'm happy about that. That's my bright spot this week. Me too. Oddly, though, today it was like a high of 70 or maybe. And we went on a bike ride tonight and it was like 67 degrees and I had to put a sweater on, you know I was fully prepared to put one on anyway

but it was just the weirdest thing because it's been getting so much warmer and then we have this

weird cold day and my mind doesn't know what to think so I'm like oh I can't wait for

hot apple cider and yeah that's what I'm like wrong season Melissa we're going the wrong way

yeah we have a long way to go before we get there.

So even though we have been doing this podcast almost three years now, sometimes we come

across stories that still really amaze me when it comes to the lengths that people will

actually go to to hurt another human being or to somehow make their life way more, you know, complicated than it

needs to be. So the psychology behind some of the stories we tell is what's really fascinating to me.

It really does blow me away, seeing what people who appear normal on the outside are actually

capable of doing. So this week, we're discussing a twisted story that took place across the pond in Stowe,
