Look, we're so sorry. We had to extend our break. Do you still love us? We did. We did. We had some major things happen in the last couple of weeks. Look, I will take the heat for this. Let me give you all a quick update. I'll keep it brief so we don't get too sad. But if you follow me on social media, you might have seen that we had to say goodbye to our sweet, sweet puppy, our chowder over the break.

It happened really quickly.

So it was really devastating.

And obviously we're still trying to navigate that grief.

It is, I'm no stranger to grief.

But let me tell you, this has been some of the hardest things I've ever dealt with. So Kristen is always a true sister and friend and let me take some time. And then

on top of that, I got sick. So you'll hear this very raspy, wonderful voice. It's like Phoebe's

sexy voice. January has kicked my ass now two years

in a row. So send love and prayers. And thank you so much. Some people have sent stuff to our

PO box for Russell and I, which is really, really sweet. And two updates along with that is I, we've

been like really trying to take care of each other's hearts, obviously.

I couldn't imagine a better person.

So I felt like it was only fair when we were looking for moments of joy.

I did go ahead and show Russell the stash of poop rolls and to let him know that I had saved every single one of them ever and it made him

so happy. It almost was like probably better than putting it in here. And then what was so funny is
