I believe that Kelsey Barrett was disappeared on Thanksgiving,

and her family questioning her whereabouts.

Not long after Kelsey Barrett disappeared,

one woman told a wild story that had more twists and turns than these mountain roads.

But it would lead to a huge break in the case,

and Kelsey's fiance being charged in her death.

Today we arrested Patrick Frazi on charges of first-degree murder of Kelsey Barrett.

As a reminder, Patrick Frazi is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Once I heard that he had been arrested,

it just solidified that feeling deep down that I knew that she wasn't coming back.

Kelsey is a very kind and thoughtful person.
