I am doing awesome just freshly home from vacation. I got to go see my family and spend some time in snow which I'm sure doesn't sound that great.

It was a really nice change of pace for a few days. We didn't go for a full week just five days. But yeah it was really nice.

I am happy to be home in Florida where it is nice and warm, not today. It's a little bit of fun.

Yeah, but it is nice. But yeah I had such a great time and I like going away in the winter and being able to see wintery stuff and then coming back home to Florida and not having to actually deal with the wintery stuff.

Absolutely. So we're going to get pretty much right into the episode this week. We have kind of a lot to unpack in this case. I know sometimes we do a little disclaimer in the beginning when we have an episode that is particularly gruesome or maybe a little bit outside of what we typically talk about on our show.

This is one of those weeks that we have one of those stories. So if you are listening with kids in the car or nearby, this probably is not one that you want to continue until you're by yourself and you can just spend time with us alone.

So this week's story is about the murder and violation of an 18 year old young woman and the story takes place in Mayfield, Kentucky. Before we get into the details of the story, we're going to tell you a little about Mayfield in this week's segment of We Google this city.
