So why do you ask? Well, you don't sound like yourself. I got something from, I think I got it

actually from my husband. He was sick whenever we got home this past week or I could have gotten

it on the plane because I forgot to wipe the plane down when we left New Orleans, but not from the hotel because I wiped that thing down like crazy.

So I don't know. I've got the cred. So yeah, so we are back from CrimeCon and you could have

gotten sick at CrimeCon honestly. There was so many people there that you could have come into

contact with that might have been sick.

So I'm very sorry that you're sick.

I'm very thankful that I am not sick like that right now.

What a terrible way to say I feel bad for you for being sick.

You literally said better you than me.

That is exactly right.

So since you are not feeling well, we're going to just jump right into the story this week.

We have a really interesting story from the 1980s, and it's kind of known as the Phantom of the Opera

murder.

And somehow I had never heard of this story until just this week or just not this week, but just when we decided to cover it. So I think it's one that everybody will enjoy. So not to waste anybody else's time. We're going to get right into it. And real quick, thank you, Mary Jane, for helping us with this one because we were both basically on our deathbeds this week. Mandy was sick with stomach thing. I had this and we were both

So Helen Hagnis was born in 1950 and she grew up the youngest of three girls on a farm in the

picturesque town of Alder Grove, British Columbia, Canada.

It was so picturesque that it was used as the fictional town of White Pine Bay in the show Bates Motel.
