| 0:00.0 | Hey guys and welcome to the Moms and Murder podcast, a true crime podcast featuring myself, Mandy, and my dear friend Melissa. Hi, Melissa. Hi, Mandy. How are you? I'm doing amazing. How are you? |
| 0:33.7 | I'm doing really well, thanks. You had a busy weekend. You had a birthday weekend. I did. Yeah, my oldest |
| 0:40.5 | turned 12 this past week and we had, yes, a house full of boys all weekend. So yeah, we had a really |
| 0:48.2 | good time though. It was really fun. It's been a while since we've had any company or any like |
| 0:53.9 | friends over or anything |
| 0:54.7 | like that, like, to spend the night and stuff. So, yeah, so we had a really great time, and it was a really good weekend. But, yes, very busy and happy to be having a kind of a rest day today. I know here we are recording. This is, like, the earliest in the day I think we've ever recorded. Yeah, yeah, And it'll be interesting. I don't know how much I am on my game. I didn't actually eat before this. So if you hear stomach growling noises, there's a real reason. Yeah, yeah. So we're recording really early in the morning. And that's not our usual. We usually are recording in the evenings when we're tired so now we're all fresh and have just oh just risen i don't know if there would be an ideal time where i'm like the most awake or the most fresh i feel like i start off very poorly and end very poorly and in the middle i'm just making it I that's it I just you know |
| 1:46.1 | maybe we should be recording at noon but even then I'm like I need to do things that like |
| 1:50.6 | require my brain actually this would be one of them so maybe a noon scheduling would be good |
| 1:55.8 | I know some people hate to hear things like this but I am a morning person I know it's not for |
| 2:00.3 | everyone but I wake up at 6 a.m. every day and just get right going. I love it. And so like, |
| 2:04.3 | I'm very happy in the morning. I find that like my energy really starts dragging kind of early in the day, though, around like two or three. And then I get like a second wind in the evenings. I'm kind of like a little bit of a night owl. But yeah, somehow, I'm morning and night are my |
| 2:17.8 | times. And the afternoon is kind of like, eh, for me night owl. But yeah, somehow, I'm morning and night are my times. |
| 2:18.2 | And the afternoon is kind of like, eh, for me. Yeah. I like getting up early and getting things |
| 2:22.5 | done because it's quiet. My brain is working at the highest functioning. It probably will all day. |
| 2:28.2 | So that I like that. But then sometimes I'm like, would I rather sleep or get up early? And normally I would rather sleep. |
| 2:36.2 | I'm still learning. |
| 2:39.0 | Yeah, definitely. |
| 2:40.2 | Sleep is wonderful. |
| 2:41.1 | I love to sleep too. |
| 2:42.1 | Me too. |
| 2:43.2 | All right. |
