Yeah, you are. Look at that beautiful teeth, those pearly whites. Our daughter said that I'm very slap happy today.

Oh, good. Should be an interesting episode, I suppose.

So what's new with you?

It was a chilly morning today.

So I've been preparing for our son what I call the Alley Special.

And what it is, it's half coffee and half hot cocoa.

And I learned that at the bagel shop that we worked at together in high school.

We had a hot cocoa dispenser and a coffee dispenser and I would do half and half. And it was

delicious. Yeah. You know when you're young like coffee doesn't taste that great. But for us,

it was like, you've got to had some sweetness. We're like, well, we had access to hot cocoa.

We had access to coffee. And we'd have to be there at like freaking 530 in the morning

because it was a bagel shop. We had like bake the bagels. Like there, why wasn't a baker? You

weren't, but we were like front line. Yeah, we were the sandwich slingers. Yeah. And we had our

friends that were in the back. And it was a good time. Yeah, it was a great time. But if you are somewhere cold, which a lot of obviously the United States is anyway, it's try it.

It's really, really good.

We just brew an eight ounce curig and then do the rest with hot cocoa that I've warmed.

And we make our own hot cocoa like homemade.

We warm milk and do a can of condensed milk, a bag of Gior deli chocolate chips, the bittersweet,
