last week, you just were like, send it on over to Melissa. She'll enjoy it. And I did not enjoy it.

I'm fine. Everyone here's been sick. And it was, I think I told you about this, right? Like the day I'm bringing my daughter to the doctor, I leave the house, the tires flat. I go home. I hold my ankle when I get out of the car to go change cars with my husband. He has no gas and he's like, I don't think my gas gauge is working. And I'm like, how is this the first time I'm hearing about this? How do you put $5? True question. Real question. Real life. Mandy, if your gas gauge wasn't working, wouldn't you just put like, fill it up just in case? Because you don't really know what's going on. But wouldn't you feel pretty confident having full gas and not $5 at a time and just estimating that you're going to make at home on time I don't understand his brain. I love him so much and he's going to hear this because he does the

initial audio taking weird noises out but husband I don't understand your brain. I don't really

understand what's going on.

I actually had no idea where I should even think about beginning with this one it's one of those

stories that had me absolutely out of my mind trying to figure out what I believe happened.

And it's really just full of these barmy details with twist and turns right up until the very end.

This is a story pulled straight out of the 80s. And there are some very 80s elements at play that

make the story that much more incredible. There is just so much to cover in this case that we are actually going to be doing it in two parts. And if two parters aren't usually something that you like and it's not really your thing, then don't worry. This one's going to be done a little bit differently than we've done two parters in the past. And at the end of this episode, you won't really feel like you've been left with a cliffhanger ending. than that, I didn't exactly have a lot of things to put on a resume. And maybe it's just that things

were a little different in the 70s and 80s compared to how they are now. But the woman at the center

of today's story, Lori Benbenek, sure did have a decent list of accomplishments by the time she was 22.
