I went to the dermatologist yesterday. Oh, yeah. You got sliced up real nice.

Sliced and diced. This is a friendly reminder to listeners to do your yearly skin checks because I skipped at least a year.

Silly me, very neglectful.

Which is not good, especially because you're a little moly, I would say.

Well, I'm fair.

Well, I wouldn't say I'm fair-skinned, but I'm, you know, I'm decently light-skinned.

We live in the friggin sunshine state. If any states, you know, that would be a risk for skin cancer. Florida would be

at the top. Yep, Florida, Californians. Any of your sunny, high altitude type of locations are

higher risk. So it was just a stupid decision I made to skip and I'm kicking myself and just waiting to see.

I suspect I had a spot on my ear.

I suspect that's going to be a problem.

Yeah, the dermatologist said that's a pretty common spot for skin cancer.

So I might have to have a deeper procedure done if that does come back.

And I'm smiling if you're watching this on YouTube.

I'm smiling because not because of the cancer on my wife.

More so because we were going for a walk this morning.

And Allison's like, okay, put on your sunblock everybody.

I'm like, I don't put on sunblock in the wintertime in Florida.

We're going for like an hour walk. She's like, and then she goes to Google, Google, if you're taking a two hour walk in Florida in the sun, do I need sunblock? I'm like,
