Hey guys and welcome to the Moms and Murder podcast, a true crime podcast featuring myself, Mandy,

and my dear friend Melissa. Hi, Melissa. Hi, Mandy. How are you? I'm doing awesome. How are you?

I'm good. I love your new radio voice on these new microphones that we have that we're so lucky to have now.

Yeah, you sound much different with a new microphone than I

remember from last time we talked. This is my original voice. Yeah, I'm so excited. I didn't mean to

even go on with that for so long, but I apparently committed and kept going. But yes, our audio

should sound better now, right? Yeah, yes. Yeah, I know. I was very excited to get our new microphones.

We've been talking about getting new mics for a little while and we finally decided, let's just do it.

Let's go crazy. Let's just get new mics. And we are so happy to have them. So yeah, hopefully you guys will

notice an improvement in the sound quality and that you like that.

Wouldn't it be funny if somebody, yeah, somebody wrote and was like, I actually liked the old sound quality whenever it sounded like you guys were both in wells at your own homes.

But hopefully and give us a little bit of grace because we're learning the new audio and it can be a little

different, but I think it should sound fine.

Yes.

For sure.

Yeah.

So not only did we get new mics, but I also am using a whole new system to record into

and everything.

So it's all new for me.

Melissa has been on this system for quite some time and I am just joining her. Now we're

both using the same everything. So yes, hopefully that will improve the podcast quality for

everybody listening. So yeah, we're very excited and excited to get into this episode this week.
