1:18.8	Arkansas area. She was great at selling homes and her charismatic personality and big smile
1:24.2	helped to propel her career to another level. To her clients, she was more than just an agent and many times would form personal relationships

1:31.7	Family members recall times when Beverly would even be invited to a client's wedding or
1:35.8	a baby shower and she was just a genuine person with a big heart and her clients really
1:40.3	saw that shine through to them and they wanted to have her in their lives as a friend
