Allison. Hey, my name's Mike. Hey, babe. How are you? I'm doing so-so. So-so, huh? Yeah. I've been getting

over a cold and I'm just sick all the time, apparently. And I just have no energy. So so I'm just pushing through I feel like we've

said that before like it's it's it's it's kind of a recurring theme it's an epidemic in my life I don't

know what's wrong with me yeah it's stress I'm not sure maybe you would think with all those

different little vitamins you take every single day that you'd be protected maybe you're like you just

happen to be a sickly type person

in your old age and maybe you'd get sick more often if you didn't take those vitamins. Right.

And I cannot help himself but to give his little jabs because I was like, oh man, I've got this cold.

And he's like, hmm, well, apparently all these vitamins aren't helping you. Well, we see, you know, all those things going down and we see, yeah, we hear just

colds and things of that nature.

So I don't know.

I'm just, you know, maybe I'm using the scientific method where you look at the, you know,

the proof in front of you.

And it turns out that perhaps these things aren't working as well.

I have some proof in front of me.

And it's that you're an a hole. Yeah, well, I mean, you're the sick one, so I'm the healthy one.

So I guess we'll listen to her, the sick one, folks.

And Mike has some hairbrained ideas this morning.

He was making, I made some sourdough chocolate peanut butter bread.

Which was delicious.

A little bit ago. And he's taking it out of the fridge and saying, oh, I think this might be good
