Portel you know our culture really celebrates the the mental geniuses I think right we have

these icons like Einstein who we hold up and I think it's strange we don't

really I've been looking back and

thinking do we celebrate the physical geniuses in our world and I'm just kind of

trying to think of some icons who represent that and you know they don't come to me really easily I don't think we really celebrate that but I think

Edo is really one of those people and I think if if there was that place in our culture I think he's one of those people we would really hold up on that kind of I guess as an icon of a physical movement

I'm going to read a little bit of Edo's bio so you can get an introduction to him and then we'll get him on here on the air.

So Edo at our early age realized that he didn't just love martial arts or strength, but he's

actually obsessed with movement.

That epiphany got him to embark on a journey to study from movement. with movement teachers, but he had trouble finding anyone who really

specialized or who represented that. They all focused on specific

disciplines and none were actually interested in the bigger picture of movement.

So he decided to become that person, thanks Edo.

Over the years he traveled the world, both teaching and studying from a variety of teachers from

osteopaths and manual therapist and Ds and professional dancers

yogis athletes circus performers and fighters he does not neglect any angle from nutritional approaches

to movement to health to functional anatomy and physiology to methodology of

training processes to mental aspects of movements. He's formed a body of knowledge and a point of view on

movement education, development, and cultivation. He teaches workshops around the globe in Asia,

Europe, U.S. Canada, Russia, in the Middle East. workshops around movement
