Some of you all have possibly even experienced some of their savagery or savageness,

getting Rick rolled, asking for leaks of certain products, or certain responses that occasionally occur due to certain questions that

get asked. But for the next hour, what I'd like to do is go, you know, talk to Kyle some.

This is Kyle Bradshaw. He's the customer service experience team leader.

Close enough. He's the director. He's the director of the organization here.

So what I wanted to do is if you guys have any questions specifically on how we do customer

service, maybe how we're planning on doing it in the future, various questions that are

businessy, definitely ask. Although most of you probably won't have those because you just want to ask,

where are the holsters, where are the AC1s, and where are the, let's see,

what else do you all ask about?

Oh, two-piece belt.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

You'll ask lots of questions about that.

Great way to get Rick rolled, I might add.

But there's more specific questions that we can definitely answer on, you know, other topics and things. So, first off, we have, right now it's actually about half the people, a little less than half the people are in right now. There's just some stuff going on.

We've got Kyle right here, who usually sits over there, but he's right here. Christian, who's in the chat, who's, you know, doing various things. Boone in the back, he was, most of these guys

were actually present for the class, the rifle class that I just did and put up on our

site, three-hour class, you can go over there and watch it. You can also judge everyone's

shooting based on who's there. But Christian, Boone in the back, we have Michael here. He's our

resident Marine, and with the box cutter. And then we have Cody right here next to me.
