So I don't blame the the listener for not being more specific than just saying analytics

But we should probably just begin by discussing what we really mean when we talk about analytics because there could be you know

That could be essentially the entire world of basketball information

Absolutely and even if we wanted to to narrow the field to a specific you know like group of people or a specific way of thinking

They don't always necessarily value exactly the same things or importantly value them to the same degree

Grabbing the rebound is more important to some people and some models than others where maybe it's about your team getting the rebound and all those sorts of ideas

Probably overhiked in terms of the negative attention that they've gotten in traditional media among more traditional coaches and players
