People think leading with hard elbows in the way to build empires but I couldn't think that's further from the truth. The most meaningful things are built through kindness, empathy, accountability... not fear tactics.

0:47.0	Many other things. That's where the commodity is.
0:49.0	It's the people that know how to lead.
0:51.0	Too many people lead out of fear.
0:53.0	It's not healthy.
0:54.0	It doesn't work in the end.
0:56.0	And I just think we need to have a more thoughtful conversation.
0:58.0	I think if you look under the hood and pay attention,
1:01.0	the most meaningful long-term things have been built far more on good behavior than bad behavior.
