Welcome back to the PFF NFL show.

here with you once again to, you know, widen the scope a little bit here.

We've talked about the NFL draft specifically.

We've talked about some of our favorite draft halls, some of our favorite selections,

some of our least favorite selections.

And now we're going to bring it to a little bit of a bigger picture.

We're going to look at the entire offseason.

And Dalton, on today's show, what we're going to do is we're going to bring four teams each that we think were the most improved throughout the 2025 off season.

We're also going to touch on the George Pickens trade that happened earlier this morning.

So we'll get to that a little bit of breaking news and some

instant analysis from that in a second. But Dalton, how are we doing, my friend? We're good. We're

shaking off the cobwebs. Like you mentioned, we got a big trade right as we woke up this morning,

or depending on how early you wake up, I certainly don't. But no, I think it's going to be a fun

episode, some of these teams that improve the most. I think there's a lot of improvement to be had, especially with a couple of teams with new regimes, new head coaches, new general managers.

So I think it's going to be a lot of fun to see where these teams go, especially as they

try to get back in the postseason race. And then like you mentioned it, big, big trade,

big trade that we had between the Steelers and Cowboys. And I'm curious to see your thoughts on it, because I feel like personally it was kind of one-sided,

but we'll get there when we get there.

Yeah, first of all, you strike me as a guy who either wakes up at, like, 4.45 a.m.,

like coach style.
