that some of what I'm going to say today may sound critical or judgmental, but I promise you,

I am not criticizing or judging. I'm just addressing one of the biggest problems that every leader

in every organization faces over time. So first, I'm going to show you the problem. Then we're going

to look at the solution, the problem. One of the biggest problems with the problem is that

most leaders don't know it's a problem. I kind of sound like Dr. Suss, but this is true. The big

problem is people don't know this is a problem. And if they do recognize a problem, they usually
