about the most important entity appendage organization in government, in all of government.

It turns out that it's a branch of government that is not mentioned in the Constitution.

The founding fathers, to listen to the Democrats talk, the founding fathers really left a lot of important stuff out of the Constitution.

It is, you know, they left abortion out, it's all implied, they left abortion out of there, they left USAID out of there.

USAID is a government agency that gives out grants, administers foreign aid.

Not all foreign aid, not the foreign aid to countries per se, but foreign aid to non-governmental

organizations, so-called charities.

And you're sitting there going, why the hell are our government giving money to

these organizations.

Well, to buy influence, to a certain extent, an argument could be made.
