As we look to our values today, we're studying the value that excellence is our spirit.

Look at your neighbor and say,

excellence is our spirit. Write it down in your journal if you're watching online.

You know what? I've come to believe that excellence moves the heart of God in a very unique way.

That we serve a God that when you look across a perfectly manicured lawn,

every single blade of grass individually formed and created crafted by the hands of a living God,

then when we go to colder climates where there are blizzards or snowstorms that this beautiful

geometric phenomenon of every single snowflake uniquely handcrafted by God that every sunrise

and every single sunset unique, different, a work of art, never a repeat, never pulled out from

the past and just regurgitated. Our God is a God of excellence. Amen?

And it's inspiring when we realize the beauty and the depth and the intricacy of the God that

we serve. And really, I believe that God has given us a picture through His Word and through the

person of Jesus and through our lives that are meant to be reflections of the God that we love,

that our spirits should carry the same excellence that we see all around us through His incredible hands.

You may never know that anyone is watching the way that you live your life day and day out,

but I want to remind you today that God is watching and that He has a special place in His heart
