Corinne is on our transformer bed.

This bed has remote control and it raises and lowers. It is preparing us for our inevitable home in

celebration Florida. That's that is the dream. Disney's Celebration Florida and Sunny, I guess it's not Orlando proper, but it is literally a retirement community designed by Disney World. Pretty fantastic.

Happiest place on earth. Speaking of happy I'm happy to bring this story to us today

Corrine we're going to be talking about the Passover. We're going to start in

John chapter 2 and as we get closer to Easter time, we see in the scripture that three different times Jesus celebrates the Passover

and the last Passover event we still commemorate because it becomes the Lord's

Supper.

And this time is super special in the community of Jewish people.

And in Jesus' time, in John Chapter 2,

he is among many pilgrims who are making their way to Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover.

And the Passover is the culmination of 10 very scary plagues that had happened in Egypt.

Plague number 10 is the angel of death passing over the homes of both the Egyptians and the Israelites visiting death of the

firstborn son on the Egyptians and the Israelites were spared.

God gave Moses very specific instructions to pass down to them and if they took a young male one year old lamb without any blemishes and killed it put his blood on the door post and lentil of the house, then the

angel of death would pass over those homes that had the blood on the doors.

Absolutely. And with it comes this very I don't know if

elaborate the word but a lot of specific directions for how to have this dinner, this Passover meal.
