We're up the crimes of the president of the United States of America by appointing David Weiss, the very same United States attorney who was investigating Hunter Biden, gave him the plea deal to cover up for the president, had all the authority he needed, then it need to be a special counsel because he had all the authority he needed, has just been named special counsel, to get all the authority he needs, which he's going to need in the first place. Right? Welcome to the show. Glad you're here today. It's a busy Friday afternoon in the summer.

We expect the Department of Justice to fully cooperate with our investigation, including not interfering with the 11 transcribed interviews we have requested, and David Weiss upholding his commitment to testify, and we have not heard anything from the Department indicating it is no longer willing to do so. That is Congressman Jim Jordan, who just came out a short time ago, saying that he's got some major, major concerns with this. Let me tell you what just happened. So the United States Attorney General Merrick Garland came out and appointed David Weiss to be the president of the United States of America.

The special counsel in the case against Hunter Biden. Now, we have been asking for a special counsel in this case forever, for longest time. David Weiss is the wrong choice. Be, this is ridiculous, because as part of this now, you're admitting that the entire investigation was a sham. I mean, understand that Merrick Garland today admitted what we all, we all have known. He said the quiet part out loud as they say. He said the investigation into Hunter Biden was a complete nutter sham.

Remember, he kept saying over and over, David Weiss, the United States Attorney of Delaware has all the authority he needs. And there's that famous time when a reporter asked him the question, was he ever told no, because the IRS whistleblowers came forward, and here's what they said. They said, listen, you know, this guy, the United States Attorney for Delaware, David Weiss wanted to charge Hunter in DC. He was told no. He wanted to charge Hunter in California. He was told no. He wanted to get a search warrant to look into the garage. He was told no.

And they asked Merrick Garland about that. Was he ever told no, and Merrick Garland's dodging that way, all he said was he had all the authority he needed. In fact, Merrick Garland actually went on and said he had more authority than a special counsel.

Now Merrick Garland turns around and names David Weiss, the special counsel.

So explain to me what, what is happening here. No, I'll explain it to you. This is to cover up for the president of the United States of America, because right now what this does is it effectively

neuters the House Republicans from getting to the bottom of this. This is not a special counsel who really is looking to get to the truth.

This is not an investigation into the president of the United States. It should be an investigation to the president of the United States, because the president of the United States is the guilty party here, Hunter is the accomplice.

And we should be looking into the president for his actions as vice president to help Hunter Biden get rich and thus enrich himself using his office.

His office to help his son and his family get rich. That's what should be at the subject of the investigation, and it is not. All they've done is they took a sham investigation and they changed the title of the guy in charge. That's it. It's all they did.

This is like when you when you move people out of a position and you just give them another title to make them feel good, but it doesn't change anything. The circumstances are still the same. This is still done to cover up for the crimes of Joe Biden.

Now they also said that the Hunter Biden plea agreement is now no envoy that's being thrown out by the Department of Justice.

And now they're saying it needs to potentially go to trial now. Hunter Biden might might go to trial. But what that does then, of course, is that that's time is the ability of the House oversight committee to get to the truth.

And that's also what this is this is designed designed to do to cut off Congress's ability to get to the bottom of what Joe Biden did and what Hunter Biden did to get to the bottom of the crimes to trace the money to figure it out.

I heard Chuck Grassley today, Senator Chuck Grassley, who has been on this issue. Fantastic. He was at the Iowa State fair eating deep fried butter, whatever the hell they serve out there.

And in the middle of this, he makes a statement and he says, David Weiss is the wrong choice here to be the special prosecutor. We've been asking for a special counsel.

David Weiss is not the right guy. He's too attached to this case. He's the one that signed off on that ridiculous plea agreement, which I have told you is not a

sweetheart deal. Please don't use that term. It's not a sweetheart deal. A sweetheart deal. It is not. It is a cover up of the president of the United States of America.

A cover up for and on behalf of Joe Biden, the president. That's what that plea agreement was. And thank God a judge saw through it enough to be able to raise questions in which case Hunter's

idiotic legal team ultimately rejected it, which then blows up things for Hunter Biden, assuming the Department of Justice is really interested in going after him, but they're not because if they were, David Weiss would not be named the special counsel.
