to different triggers all through ASMR, which ASMR is autonomous sensory meridian response.

It's a mouthful. And we like to do physical triggers. A trigger is something that triggers, relaxation,

triggers, sometimes tinkles in the spine or the neck the bottom of the head

or it can just simply make people feel more relaxed so we base our studies off of that and there is three

kinds of triggers that we like to do. Visual, physical, and auditory.
