Ep 100. This episode is a masterclass in all things breathwork, Kundalini, meditation, and deep emotional healing. When I did a trip to California this year I had this insane virus that was affecting the nerves in my neck. I was in so much pain and it was very much mirroring this emotional pain that I was in. I ended up having a one-on-one breath work session with Erika and I cried like a baby. It was the first time that I felt safe to actually let go and acknowledge how much pain I was in. I loved her technique and the way that she taught and held space for me felt so comfortable — I knew that I had to have her on the podcast so that she could give you guys a little bit of that magic that she shared with me and our one-on-one breathwork session.
