Hello, I am back here in the studio. Welcome back to the morning after. Still, still no ideas

for the intro to the podcast. People are stumped at this. Yeah, appreciate the help guys. Come on.

I'm no, I'm just kidding, but I still have no intro. We were talking about doing some music,

but I think like copyright issues. Again, we can sing for you. I just, you know, my voice is a

little worn in torn after kids. It was really good. I promised before. But yes, we are back and it was

the trip of a lifetime I just went on. We'll get into that. Before we get into that, I just want to

remind people how short life is, how it can be taken from you in a second. Obviously, the NFL

world was rocked a little bit this weekend with Duane Haskins passing, you know, if you read it,

you know, the story and he does have a wife and I feel for her so much right now,

praying for her and all of his loved ones. It was incredibly tragic. And again, you know,

it reminds you to really appreciate life and everything you're given even on your bad days

to know that, hey, you're still on this earth and have another shot at another day. So, again,

I just am feeling for that family. Also with everything going on in Ukraine still,

obviously we see all the footage, the raw footage, which is terrifying. So just, you know, hug your

loved ones and I know it's cliche, but take every moment for what it is because you never know

when it might be your last one. So just wanted to start the podcast with that. I don't even know

how to segue into something else because it doesn't, yeah, it doesn't feel like I should,

but you know, just prayers to everybody who's going through dealing with death of anyone. So,

yeah, the rest of this podcast, I'm mainly going to be talking about my trip, the big cruise,

things have not changed. I still love a cruise. You really seem to be living your best leg.

Guys, that's my type of vacation. It's just, again, all you can eat ice cream, which we'll get into

some of that. I had to put a number on it for my children, but everyone's just relaxed and having
