I have no exciting updates. Here's an update. I'm back in therapy.

This week is week three. I said every issue I think I love therapy, by the way.

I'm like, I have so much to talk about. Who knew? I have so many things to fix.

It's amazing. Each session is so freaking expensive that I hope that we solve each issue

in one singular session because I don't have time to draw it out.

But yeah, I'm back in therapy not to do with my personal life, but my anxiety has been not gray.

It's coming back in in a not fun way. So I got back into therapy and I have an appointment

with a psychiatrist on Wednesday and I'm going to try to go on anxiety medication,

which I've never done before. I just feel like my life is too good to, I don't have time to

work through it without, I know that sounds bad, but like, no, I mean, you also know you've been

down this road before. So I think you kind of have a really good idea of yourself and your anxiety

and things like that. So I don't think that's anything to, I mean, you know you better than

anyone else. And you know yourself because you do do therapy and you, you do, you journal,

you do all the things necessary to combat that stuff. So the fact that it's not necessarily working

anymore, then obviously something else has to come into play. So I'm proud. I mean, I think it's

thank you. I didn't realize how many people, how many of my friends, how many people I work with are

all on anti-depressants and anti-depressants sound, but I'm not depressed and there's nothing

wrong with the fact if someone is, I think I know a lot of people on them. Oh yeah, we all have
