Welcome back, y'all. Morning after I'm not going to lie, I started my period on Friday,

and I just came into the studio and got sick because my cramps are so bad. If any, again,

I know we've talked about this with the like, ablation and stuff, but if anyone has like

medications, they take that actually work. My dog doesn't touch it. Neither does tie

it in all, neither does Advil. Yeah, it's so bad that it makes me sick. So push through

this thing. You get Thailand all with Coding. Yeah, but then you can't like drive, right?

That's where we're at. Also, like, I don't know how loopy that would make me, I don't know

if it would make me loopy at all, who knows, but I can't be loopy with kids. Yeah, no. I

know I already struggle being like totally stone cold sober. So actually, maybe a little loopy

might help. But yeah, so it's, you know, tough morning. And if you guys are on the same

schedule as me, let me know. We can just dwell in it together. I am. Oh, yeah. I can't

get that. Okay. See you guys. We're all in this together. Sorry for the men who are listening

to this first part of the podcast, but you know, this is nature. Also, I am still recovering
