All right, everybody. We are back in studio at Action Park. It feels good to be back.

It's been too long since you've been here. I know. Super role was at our house. Then we've

entered to Vegas and the next podcast was there. So it does feel good. It feels good

being home, you know. First, I just want to take a quick second and maybe like a moment of silence

for Ukraine or, you know, obviously that's heavy on everyone's hearts and minds and seeing the

footage is just incredibly sad and war is never the answer to me. But let's take a quick second.

All right, came in today. I have legit the cramps from hell. Yeah, I don't know what after babies,

I don't know if this happened to anybody else, but it's miserable and long and sorry for the

men that may be listening, but heavy and gross and all the things. And just heard about recently

from a list of what worth about uterine ablation. Have you ever heard of that? What is that?

I guess they cauterize your uterus and you like don't have a period. So if anyone has done that

or has heard about it or maybe you're a doctor, you know, let us know. Oh, it's a procedure.

Yeah. And you're considering it. I mean, now I am. I throw it, I threw up yesterday for my cramps.

Like, they're really like, they're very painful and I can't sit there and take

pain medication. Like I take ibuprofen, but that doesn't, that doesn't cut it. And obviously

with four children running around, I can't be hopped up on pain. And that's never got any

ways I guess regardless of whether you have four kids. But yeah, it was, it's, it's hell. So hopefully

if you've heard of that, please let me know. And if it works, great. I'm in. So this week,

I think things have started to settle in a little bit or set in that he's wanted and not like

Vegas was that whole, that was a blur, I feel like. And coming back this week and kind of getting

back into this swing of normal life and being sober and being somewhat sober. I told Matthew
