All right you guys welcome back to the morning after. I am at my house actually if you're watching

this via wherever champs behind me that was our old dog that passed away probably two years ago

kind of sad, not even thinking about it but anyways welcome back to the morning after before

I brought Sarah brings Sarah on. I just wanted to kind of recap the past week with you guys.

Sorry that was my phone. Obviously the game did not go as we would want it to

but I will say something. I absolutely loved being able to see my family. I also loved

watching my brother run up and down that field. I mean his receivers and again my brother is

the Bill's receivers coach and I they played incredible. It was so fun to watch you know

I think it was number six which I don't want to f up or mess up who that is but you know he kind

of dropped one and it turned into a pick or an interception but the next drive he was the one

who caught the touchdown. So I think that has to do a lot with the coach you have you know

instilling confidence in you even if you mess up to go back out there and respond to it which is

what he did. So I really loved really loved watching my brother run up and down that field and

it was so proud of him. Obviously I was not going for the Bill. I was going for the Rams and that

was a really hard game. I mean I don't think they blitzed once. They kept his dropping men into

coverage. So yeah it was not easy but not easy to watch and I'm sure not easy to play in

but you know we we pick up and we he moves to the next game. I mean he was already in here studying

the Falcons. We play next week which is part of the reason I wanted Sarah Ryan on. Sarah is the wife

of Indianapolis Colts quarterback Matt Ryan but before they were with the Colts they were with

the Falcons for 13 years. So I'm in pretty remarkable career there and then moving to ND

but we'll get into that in a second. I did want to share some things that also happened besides

the game. I want to kind of tell a story with Sarah but I'm going to give you guys a little bit of
