non-stop. The place we had was lovely, the rental that we had but the kitchen was tiny and I wasn't going to cook in Paris, right?

You go there to eat. But since coming home, I've been home for a few weeks now, I've really been craving a lot of my home cook stuff.

And I've been experimenting. There is a food blogger who I love called, she's Natasha's kitchen.

with incredible recipes who I love to follow.

But what's interesting is cooking is something that's never really been part of my experience, right?

It's like a strength I don't have or that's how I was defining myself.

Be aware of how we define ourselves, my friends, especially if you're in self-coaching society you know this

but what I've noticed is as I make soups at home as I make pasta dishes as I make

different meat dishes as I even make banana bread and other sweet dishes.
