interim music, nor do we have an ad. This is perhaps the grimest day that we have

podcasts on, certainly the grimest day since the pull out from Afghanistan and the crisis

there to them, of course, referring to the war that erupted in Israel this weekend. And the

absolutely horrifying casualty toll, the images that we've been seeing of hostage taking of

blood-called worship of slaughter, the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust,

a mass killing outside a concert that has not only echoes but seems directly to be related to

the kinds of things that happened during the Second World War when Nazi soldiers would come

into a town in Poland or in the pale and line the Jews up, have them dig a trench and then shoot

them, kill them 260 people dying in the desert after this concert. So we are at a very grim spirit

and we're going to try to discuss what's going on with Executive Editor Abe Greenwald Hyab.
