had a rough go of things from the time he was a very young boy.

Born August 6, 1966 in Bolzano, Italy,

he was stuttering by the age of four,

was considered obese later in life,

and had a skin condition that left him feeling incredibly

self-conscious. As a result, he was considered a shy introvert with very little in the way of

friendships. Alone most of the time, Marco began a series of hobbies and collecting things like

knives. In fact, he was

never seen with that one tucked into his clothing. Considered of average intelligence,

Marco did manage to make it through school and began working a series of labor jobs.

Though there was no criminal record prior to the crimes that would make him a household name,

sources say he was a sex addict, a sleepwalker, liked to steal women's underwear, and at the age of 26,

underwent a surgery to have a testicle removed, though there doesn't seem to be a lot of information

...
