Summary

I want to help you, and me, be aware that our brain is programmed to take everything that happens during our day, every source of input, and immediately run it through a filter of self-protection. And we don’t get our authentic selves from it. I saw a post recently that said “Awakening is not changing who we are, but discarding who we are not.” Our natural, self-protective selves are not our authentic selves. The point, much of our drive, in everything, everyday, is self-protection. This is not a true, strong, positive, productive and progressive drive. It’s like driving with your parking brake on. I have a story for you to help give you some freedom. Got a comment or question about an episode? Want to ask a question about your drive? Email me.
